I do not feel safe with my driver, what do I do?

The safety and security of our Riders is very important to us. If at any time you do not feel safe with a driver please take note of the driver's name, car, and other information and contact us immediately via our in-app chat support feature. If you need to speak to someone while on a ride you can video conference call with a chat support agent until the ride is over.
