What safety features are available?

The safety and security of our Riders is important to us. As such, we have listed several features below to make sure each ride is smooth and incident-free.

  1. Background check of our drivers.
  2. Only registered and insured Taxi Drivers on the platform. (No private hire vehicles).
  3. Free phone call and text messaging feature so Riders can contact the Taxi Driver.
  4. 24/7 Chat Support.
  5. 24/7 in-app Video or Phone call conferencing with a Chat Support agent for Riders while they are on a trip.
  6. Female Riders can request a ride from female Taxi Drivers.
  7. SOS feature. Riders can add emergency contacts to the app so in the case of an emergency Riders' can send their exact location and a message via SMS with the single tap of a button.
