The rider does not want to pay the fare.
This is an unfortunate circumstance that sometimes cannot be avoided. To minimize the likelihood of this happening again, we instruct our drivers to rate the Rider at the end of the trip and to leave a comment explaining the issue. On the next trip, drivers will be aware of that rider's ratings and plan the trip accordingly.
Riders with a low ride rating experience from Taxi Drivers will be removed from the platform.
